We offer paid consultations by appointment only. Ms. Porter’s hourly rate is $650 per hour.
A typical retainer ranges from 10 to 25 hours depending on the complexity of the case.
We offer a sliding scale in order to make our services accessible to clients who couldn’t otherwise afford legal services, but we require proof of income consisting of a tax return and/or a W2 for both parents.
Payment must be made 24 hours prior to secure an appointment with Ms. Porter.
